Make batter for cupcakes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spoon the cake batter into about a dozen or more flat-bottomed wafer ice cream cones. Fill each about ˝ full. Line up the cones in a large baking dish or cupcake pan. Bake for 20 minutes. They’ll puff up and look like ice cream cones. Let your cupcakes cool before you frost and decorate them.
