Mix together and set aside in separate bowl-
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened (do not use low fat)
1 stick real butter, softened 3-4 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Swiss cake mix
Mix cake mix according to directions on box.
Pam spray 9 x 13 inch pan.
On bottom of pan put-
1 ½ c. shredded coconut (optional) 1 ½ c. pecans
Add prepared cake mix on top. Drop cream cheese mixture on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Sauce-
¾ c. water 1 ½ Tbs. real butter
Bring to boil.
In small bowl, stir-
1 ½ c. sugar 3 Tbs. cocoa
dash salt 1 ½ cornstarch
Whisk together in sauce mixture for 2 minutes. Add 1 tsp. vanilla. Serve with ice cream and drizzle sauce mixture over cake and ice cream.
