1 lb pork sausage, bulk

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup chopped green bell pepper

4 cups hot, cooked rice (I used perfect brown rice recipe)

Parsley flakes

Creole seasoning, to taste
|
|
Worcestershire sauce, to taste

Instructions |

|
Cook the sausage in a large skillet until brown. Add the
vegetables and sauté until soft.
|

Add rice to skillet. Sprinkle with parsley. Season with
Worcestershire sauce and creole seasoning. Stir gently.
