sliced medium sized onions and 8 oz. sliced mushrooms. Cook on
medium heat for about 10 minutes, add a can of beer, return the
meat to the skillet and simmer covered for about one hour. If it's
gets too dry add more beer. Serve with sliced zucchini with garlic
and roasted red potatoes with Italian seasoning ...
