cut butter small & work until soft.
add sugar & salt, blend
add egg & mix lightly
add flour, almonds & essence
mix well & shape into a ball.
cling & chill for 24hrs.
roll to 1 cm thick
cut into circles & bake @ 200C for 8 mins approx
