FOr the crust, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine and press into bottoe of 9 inch pan. Bake 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Beat cream cheese with 1 1/4 cups sugar until fluffy. Beat in flour until smooth. Add eggs and 1 Tbsp vanilla, beasting until combined. Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream. Pour batter into crust lined pan. Place on shallow baking pan in oven. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce oven temp to 300 degrees. Bake 40 minutes more. Remove from oven. Mix remaining sour cream and 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Spread mixture on top of baked cheesecake. Return to oven 15 minutes more. Leave in. Turn oven off. Let cook 1 hour. Chill 4 hours.
