CAKE-
Mix all ingredients together with mixer. Spray a 9x13 pan with baking spray.Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Let stand for 3 minutes the remove to a cooling rack.
ICING-
Combine Cool Whip, juice from pineapple and dry pudding mix with a mixer, beat until consistency to spread, about 5-8 minutes. Fold remaining pineapple and juice, blend with spatula. Spread onto cake. Refrigerate
