Mix- 30 crushed oreo's in blender, 1/3 cup melted butter. Spread in a 9x13 pan.

Take 1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream and spread over oreo's. Re-freeze.

Topping- 2 Tbsp. butter, 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (1/2 cup). Melt together in a small saucepan. 2/3 cup evaporated milk (6 oz). 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar.

|
Cook until thick...cool...spread over ice cream. Re-freeze until ready to eat.
