     Blueberry Pie

Ingredients
1 pie crust
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
6 cups blueberries
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
 
Instructions
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir in blueberries. Turn into pastry-lined pie plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice & dot with butter.
Bake 35-45 minutes or until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through crust.
