1. Process the hazelnuts with two teaspoons
icing sugar to obtain a fine consistency.
2. Cream the butter. Add egg.
3. Add honey and chocolate
4. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder,
rest of the icing sugar, hazelnut mixture and salt
in a bowl.
5. Add butter mixture to the dry mixture.
6. Mix together adding milk as necessary to
obtain a smooth dough.
7. Roll out the dough and cut into shapes.
8. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 6-8
minutes
