b. sesame oil
|

c. clove of garlic minced
|

c. 1/2 onion chopped

c. 1 chopped carrot

c. 1.4 cup frozen peas

c. 2-3 tablespoon butter
|

c. salt and pepper to taste

d. 1 beaten egg
|

e. 2 teaspoons (or more to taste) soy sauce

Instructions |

|
Cook rice according to instructions on the box.
|

Heat sesame oil in a skillet or wok. Once mixed, add C mixture.
Cook until onion starts to brown.

Melt butter into pan and continue to cook. Add egg and continue
to cook.

Add soy sauce, heat, and serve.
