Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread apple filling in a Pam-sprayed 9 x 13 inch baking pan. In a large bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, melted butter and spices; pour over apple filling. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and flour; cut in cold butter until crumbly. Add nuts and oats. Sprinkle over top. Bake 40-50 minutes or until set. Cool. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip. (I used real apples and 1 can apple pie filling…I covered the bottom of the pan with real apples and then the can of apple pie filling).
