Ingredients 3/4 C All Purpose Flour 1/4 C Corn Starch 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp table salt 1 1/2 tsp sugar 1 C buttermilk 1/3 C vegetable oil 1 egg 3/4 tsp vanilla extract Instructions Whisk together dry ingredients and add wet ingredients. Whisk until well combined and no dry spots remain. Let rest for 30 minutes- batter will be thin. Cook until golden brown per your waffle maker directions.
2nd recipe 1 cup (130 grams) all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons (5 grams) baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons (25 grams) granulated white sugar 1 large egg, lightly beaten 1 cup (240 ml) milk, at room temperature 2 tablespoons (28 grams) unsalted butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
