     Autum Crisp

Ingredients
8 Apples peeled and sliced
4 c Pears peeled and sliced
1 c dried Apricots
2 T lemon juice
toss the above together and put in greased pan
1/4 c flour
1/3 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
 
Mix together above 4 ingredients and then mix into fruit
Top with 1/3 c honey drizzled around
Topping
1 c flour
1 c brown sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 c rolled oats
1/2 c chopped almonds
3/4 c butter

Instructions
Mix topping ingedients together and sprinkle on top of fruit. Bake at 350 for 40-45 min.
Fruit ideas- Apples peaches dried cranberries; Apples plums rasins; Apples peaches pineapple.
I really like apple and plums together. Is best eaten the day it is made as the topping tends to soften. Serve warm with whip cream or ice cream.
