Preheat waffle iron. In a large bowl, stir together 3/4 cup water, 3/4 - 2 Tbsp. flour, and 3 Tbsp. oil. Add concentrate, 1/4 cup oil, 1 cup water, salt, and flour. Mix well. Stir in baking powder quickly, and then mix
(28-30 beats). Pour up to half of the batter into waffle iron. Cook waffles to desired doneness. Loosen waffles from iron and place on serving platter. Wrap leftovers in plastic wrap and reheat in toaster.
