     Sugar Tart Pastry Pie Crust

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 pinch Salt
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Unsalted Butter
1/4 cup Ice Water
 

Instructions
Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Cut in butter. Work with hands until well blended. Add water little by little until dough holds together, but is not sticky or wet. Place in a plastic bag and refrigerate for one hour. Roll 1/8 inch thick on floured surface. Press into pie plate cover with foil and weight with beans to prevent bubbles in crust. Bake 20 minutes in a heated 375 F. oven.
