Combine sugar, cream, honey, and butter in a sauce pan and boil stirring continuously until a firm ball is formed. Stir in orange peel, almonds, and flour. Drop by teaspoon on a well greased cookie sheet, leave 2” between cookies. Flatten with a fork dipped in milk. Bake at 400 F. for 8-10 minutes until golden. When firm, remove from sheets and cool. Coat the back of each cookie with melted chocolate mixed with butter. Refrigerate briefly. Makes 14-16
