     Vietnamese Chile-Garlic Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
134 c seasoned rice vinegar
1/3 c tamari
1T agave syrup
1 clove garlic, finely minced
juice of 1 lime (1 - 2T)
1 tsp. Aleppo red chile flakes
1T fish sauce (optional)
 

Instructions
Combine ingredients in small bowl and whisk to incorporate.
Serving Suggestions
Serve as dipping sauce for Vietnamese spring rolls or egg rolls
