Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt. Add oil, coffee and milk and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and beat 2 more minutes. You can bake in 2 or three pans at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool before removing from pans.
Frosting-
Cream butter, beat in sugar and cocoa and vanilla. Add milk as needed.
