JEAN'S HOLIDAY SUGAR COOKIES
Cream together- 1 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
Beat in- 1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine and add together-
2 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
Chill dough 3-4 hours. Roll out to desired thickness. Bake
at 350 degrees on greased cookie sheet 8 minutes or light
brown on edges.
Icing
Mix together-
1/2 c. butter/margarine 3 c. pwd. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 tsp. milk
