|
Boil chicken then de-bone and cut into bit size
pieces. SAVE THE STOCK. Soak chips in the stock in
small batches just long enough to get barely soft

combine chicken, onion, green pepper and garlic salt
in a bowl. In a separate bowl Mix rotel and tomato
sauce and set aside.

|
alternately layer chicken mixture and softened
tortilla chips in a large, buttered baking dish.Top
with grated cheese and chili powder. The add (in
order) over the top chicken soup, mushroom soup and
rotel mixture
|
|
|
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
