Cean and stem mushrooms. Place in a pot with no water. Cover and cook 10-15 min.
Prepare marinade. Drain mushrooms. Keep juice for soup or gray. Put mushrooms on the marinade. Stir gently. Refrigerate stiring occasionaly. Serve room temp or cold.
Other herbs to try. ! tsp if dried. 1 T if using fresh- Oregano dill basil chives thyme
