     Lentil Bulgar Salad

Ingredients
1 c dry lentils
2 c water
1 c bulgar
1 c water
1 c olive oil
1/4 c lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
 
1 tsp salt pepper to taste
1/2 tsp oregano
2 T fresh mint
2-3 T fresh dill 0r 2-3 tsp dried
1/4 cfresh parsely
1/3 c red onion, 1/2 c black olives
1 small pepper any coulor, diced 1 tomato diced
1/2 stalk celery,
1/2 c feta,1/2 c toasted walnuts,lemon wedges

Instructions
Bring lentils and water to boil. Turn down and simmer partly covered 20 min till tender. Drain
Pour boiling water over bulgar in small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap 15 min.
Put everything together except tomato and walnuts and lemon wedges. Refrigerate. Top with remaining ingredients.
