Ingredients
kale leaves
olive oil
coarse salt
 

Instructions
heat oven to 180 C
wash kale leaves and dry well by spreading on a kitchen towel and covering with another towel and then dabbing dry. cut the kale up into large chip sizes like a potato chip size, don't use the stem
place in a bowl and sprinkle well with olive oil and mix with your hands. Place on a baking sheet and put in hot oven. spread evenly as much as possible a single layer is best. After about 7 mins, turn the leaves over to the other side and bake another another 3-7 minutes. Take out of oven.
SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND ANY OTHER HERBS OR SPICES. EAT ALL UP OR STORE IN A CLOSED JAR.
