Cut salmon into 1 1/2 insh cubes to make 24 pcs. In a lg bowl mix together ginger hot pepper coriander soy lime juice oil and sugar. Add salmon to coat and let stand for 10 min or 30 min in fridge.
begining and ending with gr onions thread salmom red pepper and onions loosely onto 4 metal skewers reserving marinade.
Place on greased grill over med heat and brush with marinade. Close lid and grill turning twice until fish flakes easily about 10 min. Serve with lime wedges. 316 cal 5 carb 1 fibre
