     Scalloped Salmon

Ingredients
14 oz potatoes boiled and crumbled into pcs
4 T olive oil
1 clove garlic minced
1 onion sliced
1 fennel bulb sliced
1 tsp fennel seed
Fillet of salmon
1 1/4 c light cream
2 handful of parmesan
 
2 anchovy fillets
sea salt
black pepper
2 handfuls of bread crumbs
2 lemons halved

Instructions
Saute garlic onion fennel and fennel seed in 2 T olive oil for about 10 min lid on stirring often Put into oiled ramikins or casserole dish. Top with slices of salmon.(slice salmom on the diagonal) season with salt and pepper. Mix Cream and 1/2 the parmesan and anchovies. Pour over fiah. toss the warm potatoes in the remaining olive oil salt and pepper. Put on top of the fish. Top with a mixture of parmesan and bread crumbs. Bake at 400 for 20 min.
