     Stir Fry Baby Bok Choy

Ingredients
4 baby bok choy
2 slices ginger
2 T soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c water
few drops sesame oil
1 1/2 T veg oil
 

Instructions
Wash and separate leaves from stocks. chop roughly.
Heat oil and add ginger for 30 seconds. add bok choy stalks then add leaves. sti in soy sugar salt. stir fry on high heat for 1 min. Add water cover and simmer for 2 min. Stir in sesame oil and serve.
