In a lg wok or skillet heat enough oil to cover the bottom lightly. Fry garlic and white part of onion together for 1 min. Add grated cauliflower fry for 4-5 min. stir constantly. Add soy and ginger diced green onion tops precooked meat. Stir to mix well and brown up. Push to one side of pan and add a little more oil and add scrambled eggs. When cooked mix into cauliflower mixture. 5-7 carbs.
