     Low Carb Chinese Faux Fried Rice

Ingredients
1/2 head grated cauliflower to equal 3 1/2 c
3 green onions will use top and botom seperatly
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp grated ginger
3 T soy sauce
3 eggs beaten
Cooked- chicken beef pork shrimp ham turkey ect
 

Instructions
In a lg wok or skillet heat enough oil to cover the bottom lightly. Fry garlic and white part of onion together for 1 min. Add grated cauliflower fry for 4-5 min. stir constantly. Add soy and ginger diced green onion tops precooked meat. Stir to mix well and brown up. Push to one side of pan and add a little more oil and add scrambled eggs. When cooked mix into cauliflower mixture. 5-7 carbs.
For an additional 6 grams of carbs for the whole recipe add in 1/2 c of frozen peas about 2 min after adding cauliflower. Might also fry up some mushrooms.
