     Watermelon Salad

Ingredients
1/2 English cucumber
1 seedless watermellon chopped in chunks
1 T red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic minced
3 T olive oil
1/4 tsp each S&P
1/4 c shredded mint
1/3 c feta crumbled
 
Instructions
Chop fruit and veg. Mix dressing combine. Add mint and toss gently. Tumble onto plate and serve at room temp.
