1 cup flour (all-purpose or whole wheat)

|
1 tsp baking powder
|
|
4 tbsp cocoa
|
|
1/4 cup plus 4 tsp Splenda (or sugar)
|
|
1/4 tsp salt
|
|
1/4 cup applesauce
|
|
2 tbsp canola oil
|
|
4 tsp. vanilla extract
|
|
1 1/3 cup milk of choice
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
1) Mix dry ingredients very well, then make a
crater in the middle of the bowl.
|
|
|
2) In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients very
well. Then carefully pour the wet ingredients into
the crater in the dry ingredients bowl.
|
|
|
3) Very slowly, mix the wet and dry together JUST
until combined. Preheat pan for three minutes,
then cook pancakes.
