Combine seasonings in a small bowl. Sprinkle over chicken on
both sides. Set aside. (I filleted my breasts in half so that I had
6 thin chicken breasts)
Pour olive oil and garlic into bottom of crock pot. Place chicken
on top. (Spread chicken out as it browns in crockpot and will
not brown where it overlaps) pour balsamic vinegar over
chicken. Cover and cook on high 3 to 4 hours.
