CARROT COOKIES
Cream together-
3/4 c. margarine 3/4 c. sugar
Add and mix well-
1 egg 1 tsp. lemon extract
2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/4 c. grated raw carrots
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Cool and frost with orange flavored butter cream icing. (Add orange extract to icing for orange flavoring)
