Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients until blended. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir in-
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup raisins (optional)
3/4 c. coconut (optional)
Grease or Pam spray cookie sheet. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
