     MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES

Ingredients
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
 

Instructions
Cream butter, and add remaining ingredients. Mix until you have a stiff dough. Chill in refrigerator for 3 hours. Roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter, and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. When almost cooled, roll in powdered sugar. When ready to serve, roll in powdered sugar again.
