1 2/3 tbsp lime juice (cut a lime in half and juice that half)
5/6 tsp cumin
1 2/3 tsp chili powder
5/6 tsp onion powder
3 1/3 cloves garlic minced
5 tbsp cilantro chopped
3 1/3 tbsp sliced green onions
3 1/3 cups shredded cooked chicken (I use canned - 8 oz equals 1 cup)
1 2/3 cup shredded Mexican cheese
20 flour/ corn tortillas
cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425.
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray!
Mix cream cheese, salsa, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, and garlic.
Stir in cilantro and green onions.
Add chicken and cheese.
Mix thoroughly.
3-5 tortillas at a time - microwave for about 20 seconds to make them easier to work with. Spoon 2-3 tbsp mixture into tortillas, roll, and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve with salsa, guacamole, sour cream.
