Mix above ingredients. Spread 2/3 on 15 x 11 greased pan. In saucepan, melt 1 can Eagle Brand milk and 2 cups chocolate chips - 1 c. semi sweet and 1 c. milk chocolate chips. Add 1 Tbs. margarine, 1 Tbs. vanilla, 1 c. pecans. Cook until melted and spread on crust. Put rest of crust on top and pat down. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
