Beat well oleo and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat in oil, salt and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Make into balls and flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Don't overbake.
Frosting-
Add milk if necessary to make spreadable. Frost cookies while still warm.
