     Chicken Stock

Preptime   1 hour

Ingredients
1 Whole Fresh Chicken remove liver and gizzard.
2 Carrots
3 Celery Stalks
2 White onions
1 Head of garlic halved
1 Turnip
Thyme leave
2 Bay Leaves
1 tsp Black peppercorns
 

Instructions
Chop veggies and simmer 1 hour in stock pot. Strain and save for up to a week in fridge or freeze in 1 quart bags. Use as needed for Chicken stock!
