     French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Cup Corn Syrup
1 Loaf French Bread Sliced
5 Beaten Eggs
1-1/2 Cup Milk
1 Tsp Mexican Vanilla
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
1Tsp Cinnamon
 

Instructions
Melt brown sugar, butter and corn syrup on low in saucepan. Pour into 13x 9 greased pan. Arrange sliced bread into the sauce mixture in pan. Mix eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla and pour over bread saturating all bread. Cover a refrigerate over night. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Serving Suggestions
Garnish with powdered sugar and syrup.
