1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
2. In a small bowl, mix melted coconut oil, mustard and honey.
3. In another small bowl, mix bread crumbs, pecans and parsley.
4. Place salmon filets on a foil covered baking sheet. Season salmon with salt and pepper and pour the honey mixture over the tops. Sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture.
5. Bake salmon until it flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
