1. Defrost chicken breasts. Cut into small
chunks. Pat chicken dry with paper towel.
2. Put foil down on a cookie sheet. Spray cookie
sheet with spay butter.
2. Mix 2 eggs and milk together.
3. In a separate bowl. Mix flour and bread crumb
seasoning together.
4. Dip small chicken chunks in egg/milk mixture,
then dip the chicken chunks into the flour mixture
until fully coated.
5. Place small chicken chunks on cookie sheet.
