a. pepper, seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme
a. 1 tablespoon olive oil
a. 1 tablespoon shortening
b. 1/4 cup raspberry jam
b. 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
b. 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
c. a little bit of butter
Instructions
Coat pork chops in seasonings. Heat oil and shortening in the pan.
Fry to pork on high on each side for 5 minutes.
While cooking the pork, Add the B mixture to the pan. Heat to a
boil and cook on high for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in the
butter until it melts.
This makes more than enough sauce to freeze for other recipes. It
could be cut in half.
