     Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
a. 4 sweet potatoes
b. 1/2 cup sugar
b. 2 beaten eggs
b. 1/2 teaspoons salt
b. 4 tablespoons butter softened
b. 1/2 cup milk
b. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
c. 1/2 cup brown sugar
c. 1/3 cup flour
 
c. 2 tablespoons butter softened
d. 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
Bake the sweet potatoes on 350 for 1 hour. Once done, cut in half and scoop out the insides into a bowl.
Add the B mixture to the potatoes and put into a pan.
Mix the C mixture together. Add the pecans and top the mixture in the pan.
Bake on 325 for 30 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Recipe needs to be tinkered with, as it was a little runny
