Mix all ingredients except the pork chops together. Pour over pork chops and marinate for 15 minutes for a light vinegar flavor OR up to 2 hours for a stronger flavor.
Cook as usual (about 6 minutes each side at med-high heat.) Make sure you reach safe meat temperatures.
