1 pound chicken meat
2 T oil for stir-frying
1 garlic clove,minced
2 thin slices ginger(or use 1/2 tsp pre-minced in jar)
1/2 cuo chicken stock or broth
1 T chinese rice wine or dry sherry
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Basic Chicken stir-fry is a skeleton recipe that you can adapt to your tastes & ingred on hand. To make one-dish meal that includes veg,stir-fry the chicken first & remove it from the wok. stir fry veg. & add the sauce. Add the chicken back & simmer until meat is cooked.
