Combine ground beef and all ingredients except the Heinz 57 sauce for topping. Shape into a loaf (8x4x1 1/2 in.) shallow baking pan. Top with Heinz 57 sauce. Bake in 350 Degree oven for 1 hour. allow meatloaf to stand 5 minutes before slicing. I drain any grease out of the pan as soon as I take it out of the oven.
