     Spring Greens Salad

Ingredients
1 bag washed, ready to serve mixed Spring Salad Greens
1 Tbsp. olive or grapeseed oil
2 Tbsp. white Balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. shredded parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. Imitation bacon bits
Black pepper
Dry ground garlic
 

Instructions
Place greens in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil. Season moderately with pepper and garlic. Add 1 Tbsp. white Balsamic vinegar. Toss lightly.
Sprinkle with all of the parmesan and bacon bits. Add the remaining vinegar. Toss again to distribute toppings.
Serving Suggestions
Nice, light and palate-cleansing side dish. Good with heavily-flavored entrees.
