     Irish Compound Butter - Orange-Honey-Vanilla

Ingredients
8 oz premium Irish butter (such as Kerrygold), softened to room temperature
1T Killer Bee honey
1 tsp. Madagascar vanilla powder
3 tsp. orange zest
1 tsp. good finishing salt (to taste and depending on whether using salted or unsalted butter)
 

Instructions
In medium mixing bowl, combine softened butter and remaining ingredients. Using spatula, mix well to fully combine and evenly distribute flavors throughout butter.
Spoon butter into a sheet of plastic wrap and roll plastic over butter to form a log of even thickness. Close up sides and refrigerate butter to harden and slice into individual portions if desired. Can also be served soft in a ramekin or crock.
