      Sparks Corned Beef and Cabbage

2 lbs of low sodium corned beef brisket
1/2 head of cabbage, cut into large pieces
1 medium onion, cut into large pieces
3 medium potatoes cut into large pieces
2 carrotts cut into large pieces
1 tbsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
6 cups water

Put all ingredients except corned beef in a crock pot. Place corned beef on top of other ingredients. Turn crock pot on low and let cook for 6 - 8 hours.
