Combine the eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil in a mixer and mix well. Add the baking soda, pumpkin spice and salt. Add the flour. Mix well. Fold in the cranberries and mix until combined. Line or grease muffin tins. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400 for 18-22 minutes. Cool 5 minutes in pan before removing to wire racks. Makes 24 muffins
